End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and osi.vibe.code regarding your use of our mobile applications (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

osi.vibe.code grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on device(s) owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any applicable App Store rules.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of osi.vibe.code or its affiliates.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of osi.vibe.code.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or osi.vibe.code. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from osi.vibe.code if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, osi.vibe.code expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Software.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall osi.vibe.code be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use the Software.

7. Governing Law

The laws of the jurisdiction in which osi.vibe.code operates, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Software.
